Boarding Check-In & Check-Out
When your pet stays overnight with us, it’s just like checking into a hotel!
Check-in is when you drop off your pet, and check-out is when you pick them up. Please ensure your pet is picked up within the scheduled check-out window. Our team needs the suites empty on time so we can thoroughly clean and prepare them for the next guest arriving to stay.
We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep everything clean, comfortable, and ready for every dog.
Hours
• 10:00am–12:00pm: Check-out (Pick-up)
• 4:00pm–6:00pm: Check-in (Drop-off)
After-hours check-ins or check-outs are subject to additional fees.
Holiday & Fee Information
• The Pet Lodge is closed to the public on all statutory holidays.
• A $25 fee applies for out-of-hours arrivals or departures.
• A $50 fee applies on statutory holidays if scheduled times are not followed.
• Holiday pick-up is not available on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, or New Year’s Day.
Please note: Deposits are required to make a firm reservation request. Partial payment is required at the time of check-in.
Cancellation Policy
- 48 hours prior to check in date there will be no charge
- 24 hours prior to check in date there will be a 50% charge
- Less than 24 hours to check in date there will be 100% charge
What to bring for your pet's stay?
Please bring:
• Your pet’s food (enough for their entire stay)
• Up-to-date vaccine records
We provide everything else your dog will need, including beds, blankets, and bowls.
For the safety of all our guests, we do not accept toys or bones from home. If your dog requires a special feeding bowl, you’re welcome to bring that along.
