Health & Vaccination Requirements

Your pet’s health — and the health of every guest in our care — is incredibly important to us. Because pets share spaces, play areas, and common surfaces during their stay, we have vaccination requirements and preventative measures in place to help keep everyone safe and happy.

Proof of Vaccination
A copy of your pet’s vaccination certificate for all required vaccines must be provided at check-in, and all vaccinations must be current.

For the safety of all pets, All Star Pet Lodge reserves the right to decline admission if proof of up-to-date vaccinations cannot be provided.

Just like children in a classroom or playgroup, pets in a shared environment can occasionally pass along germs. We follow thorough cleaning and safety protocols every day to minimize risk. However, if your pet becomes ill after their stay, we kindly ask that you notify us right away so we can take any necessary precautions to protect our other guests.

If Your Pet Becomes Ill While Staying With Us
In the unlikely event that your pet becomes ill during their stay, we will contact you immediately. If veterinary care is required, we reserve the right to seek treatment to ensure your pet’s well-being. Any veterinary expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the owner. We will always try to contact your preferred veterinarian first; if they are unavailable, we will arrange care through our trusted veterinary provider.

To help keep our Pet Lodge a safe, healthy place for everyone, all dogs staying overnight must be up-to-date on the following vaccinations:

Required Vaccines

D – Distemper (A)
H – Hepatitis (B)
P – Parvo (B)
P – Para Influenza (A)
R – Rabies (1-3 years)
B – Bordetella (Kennel Cough – Should be given at least 7 days prior to staying with us to be effective)

Optional but recommended vaccines

L – Lepto (Optional) (B)
G – Giardia
